Cost: $400.00
The fee provides:
- 6 tournaments*
- Gym rental
- Uniform-jersey, spandex & socks
- Sweatshirt
- Equipment
- Coaching fees
- Office supplies
- Community Athletic Program Support if applicable
*Each team may participate and organize fundraiser events for additional tournaments. This will be based on coaches availability, willingness and individual team fundraisers, not the organization as a whole.
The 1st payment will be due at the first practice. (If 1st payment is not received by this date, player will not be able to practice with team.)
The balance will be due 12-31-11
(If full payment is not made by this date, player will not be able to participate in any tournaments until fees are paid in full)
No refund of fees are given unless a medical condition forces a player to withdraw from the club. A written doctor's excuse will be required.
